The Oval Tiered Shell Chandelier reads like jewellery scaled up — vertical shell panels arranged in four staggered tiers around a racetrack frame, suspended on fine cables so the whole composition appears to float rather than hang. The shell filters light into a soft, pearlescent glow, closer to moonlight through fabric than a direct source. Its elongated format was built for spaces that need width more than height — long dining tables, kitchen islands, hospitality counters — where a round chandelier would leave the ends of the table in shadow.
Each panel is genuine natural shell, which means colour, translucency and markings vary from piece to piece — no two chandeliers, and no two panels within the same fixture, are identical. The brass detailing at the frame and canopy is left unlacquered, precise and understated rather than ornate, letting the shell itself carry the visual weight. The fine suspension cables (rather than chain) keep the whole piece visually light despite its four-tier construction.
Available in two sizes — a 12-head and a 16-head configuration — to suit different table lengths and room scales. Suspension length, metal finish and canopy configuration can be adapted for selected projects where technically compatible. Every shell panel is inspected for consistent quality before assembly, and the fixture ships in a reinforced wooden crate with precision internal packaging to protect the natural material in transit.
