The Linen Globe Pendant is a rounded shade of natural beige linen over an iron frame. It comes in three sizes: 24 cm (9.4″) wide and 38 cm (15″) high, 28 cm (11″) wide and 26 cm (10.2″) high, and 32 cm (12.6″) wide and 40 cm (15.7″) high. Hang it over a kitchen island, in the corner of a living room, beside a bed, or group the three sizes at different heights over a dining table.
The shade
The linen is a natural beige with a visible woven texture, stretched over a slim iron frame. The soft, neutral tone suits a relaxed coastal room or a warm 1970s-inspired scheme.
Why warm light matters
Linen takes on the colour of the lamp inside it. At 2700K the shade glows a warm oatmeal, like a moonlit paper lantern; cooler light makes the beige look gray and dull. On this piece, warm white is part of the design.
Sizing and placement
The 28 cm (11″) is the lowest and roundest, for a bedside or a low ceiling. The 24 cm (9.4″) and 32 cm (12.6″) are taller forms for a kitchen island or a living-room corner. Over an island, hang two or three in a row; over a dining table, group the three sizes at different heights. Hang the bottom of each shade 75 to 90 cm (30 to 35″) above the surface.
Suspension
The shade hangs on a cord, and the cord can be made longer or shorter to order.
The light
Light passes through the woven linen as a soft, diffused glow and falls down through the base. It is an ambient light for a calm room. Over a kitchen island or desk, keep task lighting alongside it.
Lamping and installation
One E27 lamp. A 12 W warm white LED bulb is included. The pendant weighs about 1 to 2 kg (2.2 to 4.4 lb) depending on size. It is hardwired by your electrician.
Care
Switch off and let the lamp cool. Dust the linen with a soft brush or a vacuum on low with a brush attachment. Keep water and cleaners off the shade.

Every piece is made to order. The cord length can be set to your ceiling height, and dimming is available on request.

We wire every lamp in our workshop for the country it is delivered to. Voltage, plug and electrical standard are set from your delivery address, so there is nothing to choose at checkout. Pieces shipped to the US are fitted with UL-listed drivers and LED components.
The colour temperature is listed in the specifications. A dimmable version, or a warmer or cooler light, can be made at no extra cost: write it in the note at checkout.
Every piece is assembled, wired and switched on at our workshop bench before it is packed. We check the electrics, the fixings and the finish, and nothing is crated until it passes.
Ask us, and we send you a video of your own lamp, lit and working, before it leaves the workshop. It is free.
An installation manual is packed with every lamp. Hardwired fixtures should be installed by a licensed electrician.
For ceiling lights, a standard ceiling box carries about 23 kg (50 lb). Check the weight in the specifications: heavier pieces need a fan-rated box or a mounting plate fixed to a joist.
If a piece arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email contact@casalolalights.com with your order number and photos. We cover the return shipping and send a free replacement or a full refund, with no restocking fee.
If a parcel is lost, we replace it free or refund it in full. An order not delivered within 90 days of dispatch is refunded automatically.
Every piece carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects, from the day it is delivered.
Standard catalogue pieces, including pieces made after you order, can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The piece must be unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging. A 20% restocking fee and return shipping apply.
Choosing a finish, size, dimming option, colour temperature, cable length or plug does not affect your right to return. Bespoke commissions (a non-catalogue size, a structural change or a specially commissioned material, agreed before payment) and items marked final sale cannot be returned for change of mind.
Cancelling
Free within 48 hours of ordering. After that, a charge of up to 20% may apply for materials and work already committed to your piece.
EU and UK customers
Your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal applies, with no restocking fee.

Yes, both ways, at no extra cost. The drop can be shortened for a lower ceiling, or extended in 50 cm (20 in) sections for a higher one, and we set the finished height to your room. For double-height rooms and stairwells, drops beyond 3 m (10 ft) are quoted with a drawing for you to approve before production. Yes. Size, proportions and metal finish can be adapted on most models, and we send you a drawing to approve before production. Changes to wiring, dimming or colour temperature keep the piece returnable; changes to its outer form are made for you alone and cannot be returned. Yes, at no extra cost. The standard version is not dimmable; write #dim in the note at checkout and we fit a dimmable driver. Tell us the dimmer or smart-home system you use and we match the driver to it. The light is 2700K Warm White as standard; a warmer or cooler colour temperature can be made on request, also at no extra cost. Through linen, warm white gives the softest glow.

Over an island, a linear piece suits counters from about 180 cm (6 ft); for longer islands, use two or three pendants spaced evenly. Hang it 75–90 cm (30–36 in) above the worktop.
